Corporate Wellness is as much about what you do off site as you do on site. There are many things you can do at work to help keep your body in shape, but here are 3 things you can do at home to keep your body functioning properly on the job.
Plank: The plank is a great exercise to help strengthen your entire core. Shoulder strength and stability as well as hip stability and ab strength are all put to the test. Working on plank endurance can help increase your longevity on the job.
Side Plank The side plank is a great exercise for strengthening the obliques, hip stability and shoulder stability. This can be done on the floor or for beginners you could use an elevated surface.
