Kale is very popular these days. It’s packed very dense with tons of healthy nutrients. As a matter of fact it’s one of the most nutrient dense Greens available.
So my husband and I been playing around with ways to get more Kale into our diet, so we picked up a juicer. It’s been fun juicing lately and they’re surprisingly filling.
Unfortunately, all the fiber is stripped from the fruits and vegetables during the process. Scroll to the bottom to see what we did with the pulp.
In the meantime here’s one of our most recent concoctions.
Juice Recipe: makes 2
1 bunch of Kale
2 green apples (cored)
4 Carrots (peeled)
4 Celery stalks
1 knob of ginger (depends on how much zing you like)
So what to do with the leftover Pulp in the juicer? Click here to find out.
