Bodyweight Chest Workout Challenge
Who needs fancy equipment when you’ve got the best equipment money can’t buy?
That’s right, I’m talking about your own body…
Often times we make so many excuses about why we’re unable to get fit or find the time to workout. Actually, just a little can go a long way. Your body’s own weight can provide you more than enough resistance to gain strength and muscularity.
But you have to be doing it right.
So I’ve compiled 3 of my favorite Chest Blasting Pushup variations, to provide you with a Bodyweight Chest workout that is guaranteed to give you a super pump and super gains.
Here is the program and the exercises.
Perform 5 Superset Rounds of 10 reps with 60 second rests between each Round.
(Round = 10 reps of each pushup variation)
