Chest should be tall and bodyweight should be on the foot that will be stepping up.
Use your crossed leg to step up with as little push from the back leg as possible.
Thrust the hips forward and bring the trail leg forward squeezing the Glutes on the standing leg.
Lower slow and under control in order to get maximal benefits of this exercise.
Benefits: The Cross Box Step Up is a great exercise for general leg strength and Glute training.
